WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Non-Personalized or Personalized | Without Proofs: Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Often times we ship much quicker, but please keep in mind that each of these items are handmade and we pay special attention to each order.
Personalized | With Proofs: A proof will be sent to the email provided within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the item will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of approval
All orders must be fulfilled within a timely manner, therefore correspondence regarding approvals and/or revision requests must be received within 5 business days from our proof send date. If no communication is received, items will be made and shipped without customer approval according to all information originally provided to us. To avoid this, please make sure an accurate email is entered at the time of checkout and feel free to check with us if a proof has not been received within our stated timeframes.
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED + WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All shipping costs & delivery times are based on the options you choose at checkout. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
We offer USPS First-Class, Priority & Priority Mail Express (overnight). First-Class Mail normally arrives within 2-3 business days, but is not guaranteed and does not come with insurance. Priority Mail normally arrives within 1-3 business days, but is not guaranteed and does not include insurance. Priority Mail Express is guaranteed overnight or shipping costs will be refunded. Packages are rarely lost, but occasionally it does happen. We are not responsible for any shipped items after they leave our shop, but we will do everything we can to assist you in the matter.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns for items purchased from the Kind Collection. We may offer an exchange for store credit within 7 business days from the date of purchase being the following guidelines are met:
- you have your original receipt
- tags are still attached
- there is zero sign the item has been used in away way - this is at the discretion of the shop owner
We do not accept returns for a refund because each item is made to your specific customizations. However, we do want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date and we can discuss any options that may apply to your purchase. This stated timeframe is firm.
If you receive an incorrect order as a result of our error, we will re-make and re-ship your woodkeeps immediately and pay for all shipping costs associated. Email any issue within 7 days of purchase date to email@example.com.
necklace length issues-
Please remember that each necklace is made to your specifications when ordering. If the wrong length was chosen and you wish to increase or decrease it, we will have to charge you for this service. This is because we will need to carefully take the necklace apart, reassemble it and put it back through our shipping processes. Email any request for this service to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote you based on the changes needed. The best way to avoid this would be to decide where you would like the necklace to hang, measure and order accordingly. See here for examples.
If you are worried about the strength of wood jewelry, let us ease your mind. Each of our pieces are engineered to be as strong as possible; however, wood is not indestructible and may break if not handled with care. If the wood portion of your jewelry does break, we are happy to discuss the options, if any, that may apply to your piece. If a fix is approved, the return shipment must include all chain, findings, etc.

WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO?
Because all of our products are made from salvaged, reclaimed or repurposed woods, no two are the same. Each piece of wood has individual qualities and characteristics that make it unique. This is just one of the awesome facts about wood.
When you make a purchase, the product image is something we have made in the past. We will try to make yours as similar as possible, but we use what we have in stock at the time of your order. If you prefer something specific, you can always ask and we will do our best to accommodate if at all possible.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE ONE OF YOUR ITEMS?
If you like one our products, but you want to change it up a little or a lot, send an email to email@example.com. Let us know what you are looking to do and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Ship times will vary on all custom orders.
