General. All of our jewelry and wood products are handmade to order. This means that once we've received your order, we still need time to make it. Please allow us 5-7 business days for our processes. Once shipped, your order will take 2-5 shipping days to get to you, sometimes longer depending on your chosen shipping method. If you need something outside of these general timeframes, please text before ordering. We will work with you if at all possible!
Exception. All of our curated goods (handmade by other makers) are all ready to ship! You can expect a shipment notification within 1-2 business days if ordered separately (not in combination with any of our handmade to order items).
Personalized Item. Please see individual listings for specifics on which products receive proofs, as our proof policy has recently changed. For any order subject to a proof, you can expect an email within 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot make or ship a proofed order until approved. Once approved, our general timelines begin.
* To avoid an untimely fulfillment, please make sure to use an accurate email when checking out and add email@example.com to your contacts. Please check with us if a proof has not been received within our stated timeframes.
*Please be gracious during our busy seasons, as these turn around times may likely increase.
All orders ship via USPS, First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included. You will find your tracking number in the shipment notification email. Once you have a tracking number, you may check the status anytime here. Occasionally the USPS tracking system does not update, but please don't panic. If you got an email from us, it's on the way!

All shipping costs and delivery times are based on the options selected at checkout. Stated delivery timeframes apply only after an order has left our studio.
Generally speaking all sales are final. Some items may be returned or exchanged (depending on resale-ability and condition), but please ask before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions you have!
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order as a result of our error, we will take care of you!

Lost an earring? It's a huge bummer to loose an earring, but it does happen. For all wood designs, we happily offer half price on a brand new pair. Use the code: EARRINGHALF at checkout.
For all other earrings styles, we offer 25% off a new pair. There are too many factors involved to make just one. Email us for a code!
Necklace Engraving. We offer engraving on select wood necklaces. This service is offered at the time of purchase, within the product page and applies once per necklace. There is not a specific font limit; if it fits, we're happy to do it.
Necklace Length Remake. If you ordered the wrong length and would like us to fix it, we do offer this service for a base fee of $10, plus any additional chain costs associated. (Each design will vary and not all necklaces can be modified.) Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Will my order look like the photo?
Wood Jewelry. Often times your piece may be similar, but it also may be a completely different palette. Each order is made in line with the options selected, but all product images are of past orders. We try to shoot for similar, but we use what we have in stock at the time of your order. For help on wood shades and ordering, just reach out!
Wood Products. Most likely not. All of our products are made from salvaged, reclaimed or repurposed woods, so no two are ever identical. Each piece of wood has individual qualities and characteristics that make it unique. This is just one cool fact about wood.

Do you offer general engraving services?
Unfortunately no, we prefer to engrave on our own products only.
